Found a Jensen Healey GT at a Scrapyard

I took a venture over to my local auto wreckers today to look for some parts for my Xterra (which proved to be unsuccessful) when I spotted this. A 1976 Jensen Healey GT. According to the interwebs only 502 of these were built. Someone should save it. Located at Cookstown Auto Wreckers in Ontario, Canada.

I'm not a restoration expert (or know anything about it at all) but with that much rust, is it really salvageable?

All the rust is surface. But, it's a result of the fire damage. I'm sure people crazy enough to try and restore it exist.

Unfortunately, I've been told Cookstown Auto does not sell cars once they're in the lot.

They have a decent BMW inventory. But it's mostly 1990s-up. And they're spread out over the WHOLE YARD.

I sent the guy that runs the website an e-mail. No doubt there's at least some parts on this car that can help the few other Jensen GTs out there live on.
